Would you like to be kept up to date with all our news? You can easily subscribe to our newsletter via the homepage of our website. 

Payment

Should I pay the full amount or a deposit?

 The 1st payment (40% of the total rent) must be paid within 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation. The 2nd payment must be credited to the account of Strandzicht Verhuur at least 6 weeks before arrival. 
If you book a last-minute booking, we will send you an invoice which you should pay immediately after receiving confirmation of your reservation by urgent transfer (e.g. via iDeal or Paypall).

Where can I find the payment terms and account number?

At the bottom of your booking confirmation you will find payment terms, the account number and the amount to be transferred.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

You can book without a credit card.

Upon return

Where can I share my holiday experiences with others?

A few days after your stay, you will receive an e-mail from us asking about your experiences. You can express your review in numbers and words, which will then be posted (after a check) on our website. Filling in the review takes only a few minutes. Two weeks after the first e-mail, you will receive a reminder to submit a review.  

Prices

When will I get the deposit back?

If everything is in order with the holiday home after your departure, the deposit will be returned to the account used to pay for the booking within 3 weeks of your departure.

Do I pay separately for water and energy use?

Consumption of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. If this is not the case, it will be mentioned under additional costs. 

Do i pay tourist tax?

 While making the booking, you will see how much tourist tax you have to pay. 

What is included in the price?

Below the prices of a holiday home you will see what additional costs are charged. During the booking process, you will see whether you pay these costs in advance or on arrival. This is also stated on your invoice.
